MSF RIDER SKILLS LAB
The MSF’s Rider Skills Lab is available at many MSF-recognized ranges. Participants ride their own motorcycle on drills from the Basic RiderCourse, as well as more complex drills. Your RiderCoach can choose from 28 different drills, so no two RSL courses are the same.
MSF Practice Guide
The MSF created a series of practice drills for you to do on your own. Better yet, invite a friend so you both benefit from practicing core motorcycle skills. Make a game of it. Anytime someone rides a drill and touches their foot down, or becomes wobbly, they earn a letter. The first one to spell RIDER loses the game.
