OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

The eCourse Survey (the “Program”) is an online survey of past Motorcycle Safety Foundation eCourse participants.

The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (“MSF”) will conduct a prize drawing as a participation incentive in conjunction with the Program (the “Drawing”). The Drawing is sponsored by MSF (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Drawing is open to all participants who complete the eCourse Survey online while the survey remains open, who are legal residents of the United States, and who are at least 18 years of age and also of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate. The Drawing is subject to these Official Rules and Regulations, and to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You will automatically be entered into the Drawing when you complete the survey. To enter without completing the survey, mail a PLAIN WHITE 4×6-inch post card including your name, address, phone number and email address to: eCourse Survey, Motorcycle Safety Foundation, 2 Jenner, Ste. 150, Irvine, CA 92618.

Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on February 29, 2024 to be eligible.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE.

PRIZE

All aspects of the Drawing, including qualifications for entry, decisions regarding selection of the Winners, and resolution of any and all disputes, shall be decided by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor shall be at its sole discretion, and shall be final and binding in all respects.

One Grand Prize Winner shall receive a $500 gift card to Amazon.com.

Additional prizes may be awarded at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Winners shall be selected randomly from a pool of participants who timely complete the survey. Prizes will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after conclusion of the Drawing. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor or supplier of the prizes. Any and all federal, state and other tax liabilities on the prizes awarded, and any other cost and expense associated with prize acceptance, are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

GENERAL

By participating in the Program and the Drawing, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules & Regulations.

By participating in the Program and Drawing, participant agrees to forever release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Program, the Drawing, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other individuals and entities engaged in the development or execution of the Drawing, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to Participant’s participation in the Drawing or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in the Drawing.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected survey entries.

The Drawing is governed by the laws of the State of California. The Drawing will conclude at the end of the eCourse Survey. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend any portion of the Drawing in the event of any act, occurrence or omission that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Drawing, or for any other reason.

PRIVACY POLICY

Sponsor’s privacy policy may be found at mic.org. The privacy policy discloses what information Sponsor collects, including information provided by entrants, and how it is used. By choosing to participate in this Drawing, entrant agrees to abide by the terms of Sponsor’s privacy policy.
