Kyle is a RiderCoach Trainer, Quality Assurance Specialist, and the Colorado MOST Project Manager. He’s made quality assurance a cornerstone of the program and has championed a collaborative coaching culture with rider safety and curriculum compliance at the forefront. Kyle’s talent for orchestrating a range may come from years spent behind another set of keys — he’s also an accomplished concert pianist.
Ray is VP of MSF Training Systems and responsible for its Rider Education and Training System (RETS) that includes curriculum development and certification requirements. He has been MSF-certified since 1973 and a motorcycle enthusiast since the mid-60’s. Ray’s first real street ride was a red Suzuki 50cc “noped” that was won in a raffle. By his brother. Who wanted nothing to do with it.
Cathy’s motorcycle journey began in 1994 with an MSF course. Since then, her roles have included MSF instructor, Program Administrator for Motorcycle Rider Education in Maine, RiderCoach Trainer, and since 2005, MSF’s National Quality Assurance Specialist. To some, she’s the community’s big sister — offering guidance, support, and the occasional reality check. To others, she’s the GrimmRERPer.
Don is the Owner and President of Rider Choices Consulting, Executive Director of the International Motorcycle Rider Coaching Association, Chairperson of Skilled Motorcyclist Association, Responsible, Trained, and Educated Riders, and a longtime Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCoach, Trainer, and Quality Assurance Specialist. In the military, he piloted a CH-47 Chinook, nicknamed a “Hooker” because the aircraft delivered cargo from hooks.
Jo is an MSF-certified RiderCoach traveling the nation teaching street and off-road MSF courses, professional development, quality assurance, and training. Her dream is to convince Disney to develop a motorcycle/speeder related to the Star Wars experience.
Carrie is an MSF-certified RiderCoach Trainer and owner/operator of Lone Star Bikers in Texas. She has expanded the business significantly since taking ownership in 2019 through RiderCoach support and outstanding customer service.
